Medal Standings for the Paris 2024 Olympics
The official medal standings for the Paris 2024 Olympics will be released on July 26, 2024, the first day of the Games. The medal table will include the overall medals, gold medals, silver medals, and bronze medals for Team GB and other countries.
Medal Design
Paris 2024 president Tony Estanguet unveiled the Olympic and Paralympic medals for the Games in February 2024. The medals feature a design inspired by the Art Deco movement, which was popular in Paris in the 1920s and 1930s. The obverse of the medals features Marianne, the symbol of the French Republic, while the reverse features the Olympic rings or the Paralympic symbol.
Medal Ceremonies
Medals will be awarded at the 2024 Olympics on Saturday, July 27, the day after the opening ceremonies. The medal ceremonies will be held at the Stade de France, the main stadium of the Games. Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each event.
